To all the wonderful staff,
Roy and I would like to say thank you for all the wonderful care you gave him during his two month stay. I personally would like to thank Tina who was always there for me, and Michelle the social worker. Roy would also like to say thank you to all the nurses: Theresa, Willie, Angie, Natasha, and Amanda, as well as the great aides; Patty, Lisa, Monalisa, Monica, Audrey, Marie, Desiree, Ava, and Chegg. We want to say thank you. His therapists, Caitlyn, Lauryn, and Karen who actually got him walking again. Thank you to the Dialysis staff, Michelle, Tom, Claudia, and Jim. I’m sure there were more.
We also want to say thank you to our social worker Michelle, who got us the perfect time, to Kim who helped Roy with his computer, and also thank you to June in the cafeteria for always being so friendly. We want to say thank you to the Director and the Director of Nursing who came to his room and listened to his concerns and we hope we have mentioned everyone who made his stay a pleasant one.
With our sincerest thank you,
Roy and Kari Johannesen
My father, Stanley J Haberek, was a patient at your facility for several weeks in January, and sadly died there on January 31, 2015. When I learned that it’s National Nurses Week, I was compelled to write to belatedly thank the nurses, CNA’s, OT’s, PT’S, and medical social work staff for the excellent care they gave my father. Most meaningful was the kindness, compassion, patience, and understanding they afforded my father, as well as the support they gave my father, and also the support they gave me and my extended family. When it became apparent that my father was not going to recover, we were comforted by knowing that my father would pass away in a warm and loving environment. I have the deepest gratitude, admiration, respect, and affection for your staff.
Thank you all so much,
Hi Sarah, I want to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day and thank you and the team at East Neck for giving me and my family many happy and blessed mother’s days with mom. The care and compassion she was shown cannot be described adequately.
Thank you all,
